Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery is free throughout Ireland when you spend over €70.00 ex Vat. Orders below this value will incur a small delivery charge of €4.95 ex Vat.

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours provided orders are received before:

Monday-Thursday
Please place your orders before 5.00 pm

Friday
Orders placed before 5.00 p.m will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Orders placed after this time or during the weekend, will require an additional 24 to 48hrs for delivery.

Large or bulky items such as furniture normally require additional delivery time, but you will be advised of this when you place your order. Any items not in stock will be delivered free of charge as soon as we receive them.

Please note that certain items, such as furniture and bespoke products, may require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be kept informed of an exact delivery date. Selected items within the furniture ranges are self assembly. This will be noted in each items description.

Certain products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside our control. If your products are not immediately available, we will advise you of the delay and give you an estimated date of delivery. You can also choose to cancel the backorder if you would rather not wait.

Returns Information
Every item you order, large or small, is guaranteed. Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied or your item is damaged, please click here to email us or call us Call 1890 20 2007 as soon as possible after receipt of goods. We will arrange to collect the items and a replacement will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Please include full details of the problem along with the relevant invoice number.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging. If you have a change of mind and simply wish to return goods, please contact us within 10 days after receipt of goods. All items must returned in a resalable condition, in their original packaging and include all the relevant paperwork.
